Well, what if I told you that being different from the others is the very reason this business was started. We made a list of all the reasons people didn’t like real estate agents and then made a business plan with this list our focus. At DeDona Property Management, the three main differences are:

  1. The property manager is the business owner and licensee in charge. This is very unique to our industry, but customers want a manager with responsibility and accountability. The person you deal with will make decisions and is accountable for their actions.
  2. We are your online property management experts. All our systems are designed to allow you to find your information at the click of a button. Property reports, rental payments and invoices are all available online.
  3. After hour services are available to both landlords and tennants. We understand that most people work between 8am and 6pm, so if a prospective tennant can only view your property outside normal business hours, then we will be there to show them through.
